E-Servis does not intentionally send Google Analytics information that directly identifies a user, such as a user's name, email address, telephone number, vehicle registration number, or vehicle identification number.

No tracking
E-Servis does not track users. We do not link data collected through E-Servis with data from other companies' apps, websites, or offline properties for targeted advertising or advertising measurement, and we do not share collected data with data brokers.
Google Analytics 4 is used only for aggregated, first-party statistical analysis. Google signals, Google Ads linking, advertising personalization, and user-provided data collection are disabled for the E-Servis Google Analytics property.
E-Servis does not display third-party advertising and does not use cookies or similar technologies for targeted or behavioural advertising.
E-Servis mobile application
The E-Servis mobile application displays content from https://eservis.ba. Cookies used inside the application are limited to strictly necessary cookies (for example, to keep you signed in and to protect your account) and, only if you choose to allow them, optional first-party analytics cookies described above.
Because E-Servis does not track users as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the iOS application does not request tracking permission. If this changes in the future, we will request your permission through App Tracking Transparency before any tracking takes place and update this Policy.
How can I control cookies on my browser?
What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Cookies are not the only technologies that may be used to operate and measure a website.
